Decided to go with a parasite clense. Have done 30 days. 1st week or 2 noticed changes. More energy and less bloating. 3rd and 4rth week. Bloating back and still believe I may have parasites (threadworm / pinworm)still after finishing the course. So relief then disappointment. But. Maybe I just need to do another course. I will try again. Just giving my body a small rest first. Wish the price was in £s as its quite pricey and i don't spend in $. Maybe the cost was why I was expecting more of an instant fix which I don't feel i have achieved.
